- I’m an active AFC reviewer (Temporary), but I really need the NPP flag to assist in patrolling on articles to less the work load on NPP reviewers, aside reviewing drafts, I also patrol on new pages. I’ve improved especially on CSD nominations, My AFD stats can also tell. Chippla ✍️ - Best Regards 02:44, 23 June 2025 (UTC)
- I would suggest you apply at WP:PERM/NPR, but it looks like you have already done so and been declined. Not much AFC can help with that, other than by getting experience (which it looks like you're already doing). Primefac (talk) 09:11, 23 June 2025 (UTC)
- Alright @Primefac, I’ll ping you when I request again, also I’ll appreciate your feedback, thanks. Chippla ✍️ - Best Regards 08:25, 24 June 2025 (UTC)

- I was a reviewer for a while, think I got removed because the permission wasn't being used. Would like to start reviewing again as once again, there's a backlog of sports articles that I can see. Joseph2302 (talk) 10:42, 18 June 2025 (UTC)

- Hello! I was a reviewer for some time in the past and after some time away would very much like to do it again. Thatguy1987 (talk) 12:56, 11 June 2025 (UTC)
- I'd like to help clear the AfC backlog. I've read the notability guidelines and reviewing instructions. I've participated in several AfDs; the ones with source tables (Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Homeless Link and Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Thermacut) aren't showing up in the AFD Stats tool. - Hi there! I'm new and a top contributor to the Nigerian Portal. Could you review my work here and, if possible, be privileged? GGS Cameremote (talk) I came from a remote place 00:12, 2 June 2025 (UTC)
Not done, I see you're having drafts declined, so you're not ready to be an AfC reviewer yet. Once you're getting drafts through AfC without problems, feel free to re-apply. -- asilvering (talk) 20:27, 2 June 2025 (UTC)
- @Asilvering Drafts declined? are you serious right now? i have created more than 35+ C and start rated articles with 1k+ edits, only one of them was deleted (and that's been long when i just joined Wikipedia and still learning editing over 6 months now). All my articles are self published and i have never sent and article to the AFC Section at all for, talk of declining. Before applying, i made sure to go through each of the users who were given the permission, for instance PunjabiEditor69 with 835 mainspace edits and 21 articles is privileged, like seriously? Infact, i don't even draft, i published directly to mainspace, even top contributors like GoingBatty are the one always helping do minor cleanups on my pages. Any article decline you see on my profile is from over 7 months ago. Cameremote (talk) I came from a remote place 23:14, 2 June 2025 (UTC)
- Forgive my imprecision: you're having articles moved to draftspace, as recently as today, for having no sources at all. -- asilvering (talk) 00:06, 3 June 2025 (UTC)
- Yeah I acknowledge that, I literally queued 4 articles and published forgot that I hadn't sourced the last one, thats not usually me as you can tell from my page creation history. However I have pushed it back to mainspace immediately I got the notification. It was a slip. But if we should be fair here, I deserve even a month probation. I requested the last time over 5 months ago you dismissed me. The last time you brought an excuse of AFC decline, I acknowledged and left, it shouldn't be same. However, I respect your decision nevertheless. Cameremote (talk) I came from a remote place 00:27, 3 June 2025 (UTC)

I have also gone through Notability guidelines and can assess the authenticity of sources provided as well. Not done, you do not yet meet the minimum requirements. But you're not very far off, so if you'd like to participate in this month's drive, now's the time to find some easy backlogs to work on. -- asilvering (talk) 19:06, 6 June 2025 (UTC)

- Hi, I am Yedaman54, and I've been editing Wikipedia regularly for around four years now. I am hoping to become a New Page Patroller, as there seems to be a large backlog and I would like to give the community something more than just my article contributions. I have good experience in determining what is notable and what is not, given my time editing a wide variety of pages. I look forward to helping improve the quality of new articles and contributing further to the project. Thank you for your consideration! Yedaman54 (talk) 23:58, 8 June 2025 (UTC)

- After being inactive for a while for undisclosed reasons, I am now back. I have created mainstream articles before as well as many redirects. I have also read about the AfC process and guidelines. From that, I believe that I have enough of an understanding of Wikipedia's guidelines to contribute. I have also participated in AfD discussions. I used to review AfC articles without the tool and after realizing what a huge backlog problem there is I want to come back and help. While I could do it without this tool, I think I could be much more of a help with it. Thank you for your consideration. 🟥⭐ talk to me! 23:18, 18 June 2025 (UTC)

- JacobTheRox (talk · contribs · xtools · pages created · logs (block • csd • prod) · afd)
- I'll do this by the criteria if that's okay :)
- My account is four years old.
- I have 1,032 undeleted edits to mainspace articles
- I have read the instructions
- My understanding of the guidelines is demonstrated by my article creation and experience at AfD
- I have some experience at AfD
- I am no longer on wikibreak/exam break and I am free to help.
I'd love to help at AfC as I've made many of my own articles (in no particular order: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 although some of these are better than others and GAN are bolded). I know there's a big backlog here and I'm more than willing to help. Thanks, JacobTheRox(talk | contributions) 20:48, 21 June 2025 (UTC)

- I'd like to do my part in preventing articles that should not be on Wikipedia from appearing on the site as part of my anti-vandalism efforts. I am familiar with AFD and the appropriate guidelines. I plan on mostly focusing on drafts that obviously do not meet the guidelines (ex. drafts that are clearly written to promote a company for instance). » Gommeh (he/him) 14:33, 23 June 2025 (UTC)

- I'd like to help trim the backlog and help get articles reviewed faster. I know when I was new to Wikipedia, it took a while to get my article reviewed but the reviewer was really kind and helpful. I want to bring that experience (at greater speed) to more editors. Nixleovel (He/They) (Talk • Contribs) 22:41, 27 June 2025 (UTC)

I want to help Wikipedia become a better place. With more Wikipedians contributing, the better Wikipedia becomes. I strongly have the courage to excel in editing Wikipedia. Also many declines' reasons are written very strictly, so I want to write it in a more encouraging and friendly tone. Rafael Hello! 17:50, 6 July 2025 (UTC)

- Apollogizing (talk · contribs · xtools · pages created · logs (block • csd • prod) · afd)
- I’m Apollogizing, and I’ve been getting more involved in using Wikipedia specifically writing and cleaning up articles. I’ve enjoyed working on both individual articles and I'd really like to help with the AfC process as I know how discouraging it can be for fellow editors to have a draft stuck in the checking phase or rejected without clear feedback. I’ve read through the reviewing instructions and notability/deletion policies and feel ready to help others improve their submissions to further expand the website. You can check out my userpage for a clear sense of what I do and what I'm involved in. Apollogizing (talk) 20:00, 6 July 2025 (UTC)

- I think this is a fantastic system for enabling the countless people out there who have valuable contributions to make but are too intimidated by the learning curve/technical barrier to add the value they have to offer which helps our mission. I would love to contribute to facilitating these contributions for those which meet the criteria and that giving people the opportunity to experience the joy of seeing their contributions make it onto Wikipedia can be the spark which motivates them into becoming an active contributor.
