A great many of your edits do not comply with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines; I have reverted them. First, you are far too inexperienced to be speedy-tagging pages for deletion as you did at Sanjeevan Hospital. In addition, you are required to notify the creator of an article when you tag it for speedy deletion, and you did not do so. Second, please read WP:OVERLINK; you are wikilinking pages that violate that guideline. Third, you are adding WP:Short descriptions to many articles that do not comply with that guideline, either. Deletion processes

Please be aware that whether or not to delete any given article is not dependent on the contents of the article; instead, whether or not to delete an article is dependent on the sources available anywhere on the subject of the article. This means that doing more than cursory research into the subject of the article is required. Not optional, but required. Stating that an article is unsourced is never a sufficient reason to delete an article. See WP:BEFORE. Thank you for your reply @WikiMentor01. Are these the suggestions you are referring to: "article needs to be re written from NPOV with proper layout and also remove the unsourced info."? you should make proper headings, sub headings, dont put everything in one place. like lead, background, early life.... keep most essential info which is supported by good sources, keep the things which is important from encyclopedia point of view, not everything personal is relevant. Hey WikiMentor01, I'm a fellow AfC reviewer. I've re-reviewed two of your reviews, picked at random, as part of the backlog drive, you can see the results on your review log. Your decline of Draft:Maa Vindhyavasini University, Mirzapur was correct, but I believe you were too harsh in declining Kamla Jaan. At the time, the draft cited four sources, two of which were significant coverage in reputable Western news outlets (the New York Times and the BBC) and two of which were decent articles in Indian media. This is enough to meet the general notability guideline, especially as a web search shows that several further sources exist. Additionally, the subject is a local politician who has been dead for several years; there is little chance of self-promotion or undisclosed paid editing here, so there is no need to be especially stringent. As you can see, I've moved the draft to mainspace and cleaned it up a bit – please be a little more careful in future not to decline drafts like this as non-notable. Hey WikiMentor, I appreciate your enthusiasm, but I advise you not to use all-caps. On the Internet, it could be interpreted as SHOUTING. I personally don't mind you replying in capital letters, but I worry that if you do this to others (as in the section below) it could be misunderstood. Hi @WikiMentor01,you reviewed an article ( Draft:Indian Biogas Association ) and I think it was for the sources not being independent and reliable. From my understanding (as I am new to this), I have added several government links which mention the company's name or work and also added several reputable news sources, and I'm confused now as to why it's getting rejected. Hello there and many thanks for your review - I'm naturally disappointed, as the previous reviewer seems to be suggesting I think that I just needed to make my proposed article a little more 'encyclopaedic' in tone - which I believe I've done. As well as Lawrence Durrell's extended and memorable references to Huber in the former's Reflections on a Marine Venus, Huber is cited in several academic peer-reviewed works I have included. If you would care to take a further look (including my many references) I would be most grateful. Meanwhile I will make further researches in the hope of getting this influential potter into Wiki. The Catholic Apostolic Church in North America has been in the United States for more than 75 years and is directly connected to Carlos Duarte Costa. Also, there are numerous other independent Catholic churches with Wikipedia pages that do not have nearly the same number of references that we have listed. Thank you.
