Arabella Stanton (born 2013 or 2014) is a British actress.[1] In May 2025, she was confirmed to be cast as Hermione Granger in HBO's upcoming Harry Potter television series.[2][3]
Biography
Stanton played the role of Matilda Wormwood in the West End production of Matilda The Musical from September 2023[4][5] until 2024.[6] She also played Control in the West End production of Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical Starlight Express from July 2024 until February 2025.[7] In May 2025, she was cast as Hermione Granger in the upcoming Harry Potter television series, which will be broadcast on HBO;[2][3] she will star alongside Dominic McLaughlin and Alastair Stout as Harry Potter and Ron Weasley respectively.[8][3]
