Please help me with... I'm not sure whether Hill v. Cundiff should be considered BLP or not. It's not a biography exactly but it's about living people. And I'm worried because there are a lot of places where citations are needed that should be cut if it's BLP. SomeoneDreaming (talk) 00:19, 4 May 2025 (UTC)
- Anything about living persons on any area of Wikipedia fall under the WP:BLP policy. So even though that the article is about a court case, any statements made about a living person has to abide by the stronger BLP policy.
