Budget Confusion

Hello! Hope you are doing well. I have a confusion regarding the budget of films. Could you please clarify it.......

In a film, if the budget is 100 crores and the print and advertisement costs are an additional 20 crores; So what should we consider as the budget of the film.....100 crores (just the budget) or 120 crores (budget + advertisement)?

Needed a help

Hi, I recently created a article named Draft:Dhurandhar for an upcoming bollywood film and later dratified it as it was just a start. Later, on I added a lot of content and references to it and expanded it. But few days later to my surprise someone else published the same article Dhurandhar and just copy pasted the whole content which I published in draft and took the credit. Now what to do in this case? Can you advise!!?

Actually, The draft was created on 6 July at 12:55 and that article was also created on 6 july but at 17:54 so i made it first
