I don’t see how The United Kingdom Of Frozen is not notable

[edit]

It is the first time that any high school in europe will perform the full broadway/west end musical and is relative to the UK, just like the dutch production or the german production. B-lewis17 (talk) 10:05, 4 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Back in Action

[edit]

Hello, I saw that on July 9, 2023 you renamed the article Back in Action to the current variant. I first wanted to post a message on the talk page of that article, but I saw the same topic there, with no response after two months. I also think that the article would be better renamed to Back in Action (2025 film), because there are now several similar titles on Wikipedia (after your renaming), including Back in Action (1994 film), Back in Action (2011 film) and Back in Action (EP). I look forward to hearing from you. Greetings RuedNL2 (talk) 10:55, 20 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@RuedNL2: I would support moving Back in Action to Back in Action (2025 film) and creating a disambiguation page in its place. BOVINEBOY2008 15:07, 20 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for your quick response and support. I changed the title and created a disambiguation page. Normally I mainly work on the Dutch Wikipedia. Could you check whether the disambiguation page meets the requirements of the English Wiki. RuedNL2 (talk) 18:50, 20 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Title case

[edit]

FWIW, "as" in Little Nicholas: Happy As Can Be is not a preposition, so if you were to follow MOS:CT, it should be capitalized. But the rule is so inconsistently applied when it comes to "as" and "like", partly, I assume, because it can be ambiguous whether they are a preposition or conjunction, so I'm not going to revert it. Nardog (talk) 12:58, 22 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Good to note. Will be cautious of this in the future. BOVINEBOY2008 03:04, 23 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed on Chal Chala Chal(2009 film) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done for the following reason:

X3, can't tag as X3 from Twinkle, will fix momentarily

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, pages that meet certain criteria may be deleted at any time.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Re The Outsiders Musical image

[edit]

Greetings, The image that user HM2021 uploaded was too large to be compliant with free-use. That's why I reverted the addition. Seven hours later, 'DatBot' resized the image to be complaint. At the time of my edit, it was non-free, and I explained how that could be confirmed in my edit summary. cheers. anastrophe, an editor he is. 18:12, 9 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

It looks like a image size reduction was requested by JJMC89 bot between HM2021's and your revision. Knowing a change was already requested, perhaps it would have been best to allow the bot request to complete before reverting the edit. BOVINEBOY2008 09:35, 10 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion nomination of For The Lives of Others

Thank you for noticing this obscure little Aussie flick which I came across in our local op shop a year or two ago. I'm sure it's an homage or spoof on I Know What You Did Last Summer, and reckon a paragraph to that effect would be in order, but not sure if I have the stamina to watch the famous original. Do you know it? Is it something you could lend your talents to? Meanwhile I'll find a cricket ball to desecrate for the illustration. Doug butler (talk) 21:35, 24 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

About "The Kiss (2023 film)"

[edit]

Hi. I see that you moved the article about the Danish film The Kiss (2023 film), changing to the denomination "2022 film". But please, let me kindly disagree. Here you are the link to the film as described in a Danish film database. There you can read "Dansk biografpremiere: 23.02.2023" which refers to its original release date in Denmark. Maybe the film was shot during 2022, but then, I believe, it's the premiere year that counts. Best, Fadesga (talk) 10:53, 28 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]

The film premiered in the 2022 Warsaw Film Festival. We use the first release including festivals to determine the year of the film, per MOS:FILM. BOVINEBOY2008 17:35, 28 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Notice

The article Beyond Games has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

The profile here is quite good, but all I could find. Sources are insufficient to pass WP:NCORP.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ () 12:12, 30 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
