The "Bridge replacement" section is nearing 1,000 words, so I'd say it's time to break it into its own article. (It will be well over a thousand words once we add an intro paragraph and infobox. I propose to move the text to "Francis Scott Key Bridge replacement", which is currently a redirect to this article. Once the new bridge gets its new name, we'll change the article's name to suit.
