Dear Black Kite and Wikipedia Administrators,I'm writing to respectfully ask for reconsideration of the indefinite block placed on my account on July 29th 2025 I want to acknowledge that I've made mistakes in the editing process not out of bad faith or intention to disrupt but due to a genuine lack of familiarity with Wikipedia structures and systems. I'm a first time user of Wikipedia as an editor and I'm still learning how it works.

I disclose that I have a learning disability, not from English unfamiliarity but from communication disorders that includes requiring support with structuring and organizing my thoughts so in my daily life I use assistive devices including, speech to text supports and also including, the use of large language models like ChatGPT.

This isn't to fabricate a story or to add any fake or irrelevant information into an article, my persistence came from a space of wanting the article and, help from editors in the domain spaces of which my articles topics was centered on. It did allow enough time for that process before someone had flagged that I “intentionally opened a new article in the main space, and also in a draft space” you can go back to the history and see if I actually did that or not. Re: different IPS

I realize that multiple IP addresses were a concern, but I’d like to clarify that I was editing using different devices — a phone with two browsers (Safari, Google Chrome and Edge), a laptop, and an iMac — throughout the day. That might explain the IP variations. While these tools assist me with structure and flow, the content, intent, and effort are fully my own. I believe this aligns with Wikipedia's principles of collaboration and inclusion, and I hope it doesn't discredit the quality of what I was trying to contribute.

I listen to the feedback of editors and understood that I needed to fix the article with neutrality as well as integrate more sources I was actively working to improve the content by integrating independent, reliable sources, especially given the challenges with sourcing material from a pre-digital era. Some of the coverage exists in physical archives or non-digitized media, which has made the process more complex, but I did my best to work within the limits of what’s available online while still maintaining encyclopedic tone and standards. My goal was never to misuse Wikipedia, but to make a meaningful contribution.

I sincerely regret that my approach came across as disruptive. I’d be grateful for the opportunity to learn from this and continue participating in good faith — and ask for reconsideration of the indefinite block placed on my account please.

After careful reflection, I now understand more clearly that my use of LLMs (Large Language Models), particularly in AfD and DRV discussions, crossed a line that Wikipedia considers disruptive—especially where it may have appeared to flood discussions, undermine consensus, or blur authorship. My intent was never to disrupt or overwhelm, but I now acknowledge that Wikipedia requires clear, independently written contributions that reflect personal editorial judgment and restraint. I did not meet that standard, and I take full responsibility.

I’d also like to clarify that I have a communication-based disability that affects my ability to structure written expression. To manage this, I use assistive technologies such as speech-to-text, predictive text, and LLMs in a private capacity—strictly to support organizing my thoughts. However, I now realize that even limited use of these tools for drafting public contributions, especially in sensitive spaces like AfD or DRV, is against the current community consensus.

In light of this, I am committing to the following going forward:

- I will not use LLMs (like ChatGPT or similar tools) to generate or assist with content in any public Wikipedia namespace, including article drafts, AfD, DRV, or policy discussions.

- Any private tools I use for accessibility will be strictly limited to organizing my thoughts—not composing contributions.

- I will collaborate through talk pages and noticeboards before making significant content decisions.
