Links to draft articles

Please do not introduce links in actual articles to draft articles, as you did to List of people from Jharkhand. Since a draft is not yet ready for the main article space, it is not in shape for ordinary readers, and links from articles should not go to a draft. Such links are contrary to the Manual of Style. Please don’t remove my template simply because you disagree. It's important to let those remain there, as they contain important information which the next reviewer needs to have access to. If the draft does get published at some point, all that stuff will be removed, but while it's in draft form it needs to remain there. Thank you.
