crimes against humanity is a little too openionish
Former Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad, one of Malaysia’s most influential leaders, has criticized the ICC for alleged double standards. He questioned why Duterte was arrested while no action was taken against Netanyahu.
In the context of Philippine news, PRRD stands for President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and fPRRD stands for former President Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
If we will use PRRD, please attach the term fPRRD following it to clarify the change in presidential status following the 2025 Philippine national election.
If used an international context, please attach an extra P to denote that they were a Philippine president (PPRRD and fPPRRD). Beholder0 (talk) 06:59, 11 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
The extra "P" would be our own neologism. No news media outlet uses "PPRRD". The article uses just his surname in most cases so its moot anyway. Hariboneagle927 (talk) 08:55, 11 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Aside from all the issues that he is currently encountering, Rodrigo Duterte is also know for being a misogynist. He is known for throwing a ton of inappropriate remarks to women - even telling the people that the presidency is not a job for women. This lead to numerous criticisms which started as early as when he began to assume the position of being the leader of the country. Women's organizations and parties have actively called out the former president regarding these acts but he just shrugs it off and continue to do what he pleases.
