Cruddy work while waiting for a break is a trope at this point, pacing oneself does not seem to be too unusual, and bookstore employees liking reading is a truism. ALT3 could be a bit better if we bring up that he was literally right there when the director inquired. AGF on Chinese-language sources. Chris, I was actually thinking differently. I placed ALT4 in that position because I found it the least interesting, as actors win awards all the time, and those unfamiliar with Chinese-language films may not appreciate the prestige of a Golden Horse Award.
