In May/June 2013, there was a Wikipedia:Requests for comment/Jerusalem about the lead section of this article. I guess there are two questions. The answer to the first question 'Does Jerusalem have a city flag' is yes. The answer to the second question 'that we can put in the infobox' is probably no without violating WP:NPOV. See the last sentence in the lead section. Yes, the city has an official flag used by its municipal government. That's the WP:NPOV. Like any famous city, Jerusalem has a flag. But most countries dispute Israeli control of the city and therefore Wikipedia editors won't allow it to be posted on the city's page. The History section is well-detailed for all periods of time except for the last paragraph, which covers too much ground too briefly (starts with the crusades and ends with the present time). I suggest splitting it into multiple paragraphs and expanding on each historical stage to give them equal weight and maintain consistency with the earlier parts of the section.
