I read the article cited for the line "Parton says that she is a committed Christian, which has influenced many of her musical releases." However, nowhere in the article does she say she is a committed Christian. In fact, her religious views in that 2022 article parallel her statements in the New Humanist article from the next paragraph. I suggest removing the line saying that she is a "committed Christian", as the source does not say anything of the kind. Johnd39 (talk) 04:38, 20 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Hello There,
I see no reason in beating around the bush; I don’t like Dolly’s main article photo and never have. Her wig is very spiky. She’s holding the award which seems to be heavy because she’s crouching down. She’s looking dead into the camera, and she’s wearing black which is one of the few colors that just don’t fit her. I say we start the hunt for a new photo. Anyone else? Clarawolfe (talk) 09:25, 4 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I do not have the experience / knowledge to be able to help or change this, but I agree, there's got to be a better picture of her out there. It's not a bad picture per say, but I feel like we have a million pictures of her, surely there's one that is better. 32.220.209.103 (talk) 00:44, 15 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
