1996 Croatia USAF CT-43 crash → United States Air Force Flight IFO-21 – This accident is commonly referred to as Flight IFO-21 and I get more search results by searching that up then with the current name. I think the flight number is more of a simple title. I don't think people refer to this accident as the 1996 Croatia UAFCT-43 crash than the United States Air Force Flight IFO-21 or just Flight IFO-21. In the end, it is a simpler and more commonly used title. The previous editor who proposed the change was a sockpuppet and I don't think it needs to be consistent with the other entries at Category:Accidents and incidents involving United States Air Force aircraft.
