Lee Hong Chuang PBM BBM (Chinese: 李宏壮; pinyin: Lǐ Hóngzhuàng; born 19 July 1970)[1] is a Singaporean politician and business executive. A member of the governing People's Action Party (PAP), he has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for the Hong Kah North division of Jurong East–Bukit Batok Group Representation Constituency (GRC) since 2025.[2]
Career
[edit]Lee was previously the PAP branch chairperson for Hougang Single Member Constituency (SMC). In that capacity, he contested there in the 2015 and 2020 general elections, losing both times to the incumbent Workers' Party (WP).[3] In October 2023, he was replaced by Jackson Lam as branch chair.[4]
Election to Parliament
[edit]Before the 2025 general election, Lee was deployed to the newly created Jurong East–Bukit Batok GRC. He was elected to Parliament after the five-member PAP team he belonged to defeated Red Dot United (RDU) with 76.67% of the vote.[5][6]
