The 2026 Jefferson County Commission election will be held on November 3, 2026, to elect all five members of the Jefferson County Commission. Primary elections will take place on May 19.

[edit]In 2023, a lawsuit was filed against the commission alleging racial gerrymandering.[1][2] The case went to trial on January 13, 2025.[3][4]
