2026 Alabama Public Service Commission election

The 2026 Alabama Public Service Commission election will be held on November 3, 2026, to elect the two associate members of the Alabama Public Service Commission to four-year terms. Primary elections will be held on May 19, 2026.[1]

Incumbent commissioner Chris Beeker Jr. resigned in September 2024 over health concerns. Governor Kay Ivey appointed his son, Chris Beeker III, as the replacement commissioner.[3][4]
