This template is only for tagging suspected sockpuppets on discussion pages. Confirmed and blocked sockpuppets are tagged with Template:Confirmed sockpuppet. I actually used this template for its intended purpose (the WP:SPI case was taking a while and I wanted people to know about it the discussion closed) and someone immediately told me I was violating WP:no personal attacks, because accusing someone of sockpuppetry should only be done at WP:SPI. I think if the sockpuppetry is obvious enough that this template doesn't immediately cause problems, the block will happen fast enough that one can use Template:Confirmed sockpuppet. I feel somewhat mournful at the idea of deleting this template, as the little alien graphic is quite unique, but there is really no need for this. This information is not served best by a sidebar, which by its nature tends to obscure the information. This is a very niche religion, which while quite notable is not well suited to the sidebar format.

There are a grand total of 7 links, all of which are quite clearly navigable to each other, making this redundant. There are several more Raëlism articles, but they do not transclude this for editorial reasons... because it's a sidebar, and sidebars are very in your face by their nature and can harm the reading of the page. A navbox would be fine in comparison, as there are enough Raëlism articles to fill it. PARAKANYAA (talk) 22:44, 26 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]

These navboxes lack usefulness as nearly all of their relevant articles do not exist and are unlikely to exist in the future. Navigation between performers who took part (the only links that exist) 'may' be accommodated by use of a category, however, even that would not meet WP:PERFCAT. I oppose the deletion of the Template: GMMTV Artists. The template serves as a useful navigation tool, allowing readers to easily access related articles about GMMTV artists. Its presence improves connectivity between pages and benefits users who are exploring content related to GMMTV. Therefore, I believe it should be retained. I am skeptical about this template; many of the games listed here aren't solely browser games and have no other apparent relation. Simply having appeared on a site seems like too tenuous a relation for a navbox; it's like listing all Steam or Epic Game Store games in one box. ᴢxᴄᴠʙɴᴍ (ᴛ) 10:28, 18 April 2025 (UTC)[reply]
