I am requesting page mover right mainly because it would help me draftify articles (see my draftify log). And secondarily because it would allow me to perform uncontroversial moves in mainspace without leaving being redirects. I have not participated in RMs but I have made moves that show that I understand the guidelines, namely:

Casa consistorial de Sevilla to Seville City Hall per WP:ENGLISHTITLE.
Draft:Bill Field (New Hampshire politician) to Bill Field (American politician) to distinguish from British politician Bill Field.

And more recently
