No: you engaged in sockpuppetry in 2017, promised never to do it again, then got caught engaging in meatpuppetry in 2023, with further circumstantial evidence that you were misusing your new page reviewer and AfC permissions to advance UPE. Unfortunately, I note some issues of concern in your recent page creation history: at Ulysses Lodge a few weeks ago, you appear to have included AI-generated content with insufficient review; at Keith Demicoli you have not provided citations to independent sources with significant coverage of the subject. Reason for requesting new page reviewer rights: I have over 500 mainspace edits, currently at 1041 mainspace edits while checking on Xtools. I am a rollbacker and have experience with the guidelines of Wikipedia, and I also had experience with AfC reviewing (but decided to remove myself from the AfC reviewer list after I could not find as much time to AfC review) I have made many redirects, and made a couple of articles. I also have a lot of experience with AutoWikiBrowser, (using JWB at some cases). I also have experience with CSD's. You can find logs on my userpage. I am actively working to make my first PROD. Thank you for your contributions and your interest in this permission. Unfortunately, I'm concerned by your article creation record: your draft of Grafa was deleted following Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Grafa, where other editors criticized the cited sources rather severely. Meanwhile, GoodBarber and Universal+ both show tell-tale signs of WP:UPE on the projects where they were first created; even assuming full good faith on your part, this suggests that you have not yet developed enough of an eye for identifying paid editing to be reviewing articles. Just to add to my prompt, Grafa, Universal+ and Goodbarber were translations from Simple English to the English Wikipedia.
