The Twenty-first Filipino Wikipedians meet-up in Metro Manila (Manila 21) was held on November 19, 2023 in Intramuros, Manila. The meeting venue was Cioccolata Churros Cafe at the Bayleaf Hotel. It was then followed by GLAM photowalk in Baluarte de Dilao, Museo San Agustin in San Agustin Church, and Fort Santiago. It started at 1:00 PM and ended at 06:00 PM.
The event was organized by the Pilipinas Panorama Community which is a thematic community based in Metro Manila, Philippines.
