Information icon Hello, I'm Waxworker. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, The Addams Family (pinball), but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Waxworker (talk) 13:55, 4 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Jaws (film), without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. DonIago (talk) 20:59, 6 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I've added a citation for the release date of Pinball FX. There is already one in there about the table itself from the FX3 release. Also, as to changing the number of pieces in the Lego set (I only noticed that by chance as I read about it a few weeks ago) from 1,500 to 1,497, the correct number is shown in a photo of the box that is in https://www.ign.com/articles/lego-ideas-jaws-set-is-now-available so don't think that needs a second source, but if it does then there is the Lego site itself https://www.lego.com/en-gb/product/jaws-21350. Pinball FX

[edit]

I was working on a page for this game awhile ago here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Draft:Pinball_FX_(2022_video_game) I had no idea you created a page.Wikieditor9117 (talk) Wikieditor9117 (talk) 19:43, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, someone happened to ask just before Christmas on the pinball FX discord why there wasn't a Pinball FX Wikipedia page so between 3 of us we made one. I didn't see your draft before I started on it. Can't see anything in it to copy to the published article, but still should be able to improve it a little more over time. First time I've done more than a trivial edit, so its been a learning process. Wilbers (talk) 23:42, 5 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah the page I created was pretty bare bones. I really only wanted to create a chart listing all the tables and updating it whenever a new table became available. I was hoping other editors would have contributed to the page but since you guys created a page, my draft is no longer needed.Wikieditor9117 (talk) 15:21, 6 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
One more thing. Do you think we should add a tables chart to the Pinball M paragraph under "Related Games"? Like this
Table Pack Collection
Wrath of the Elder Gods: Director's Cut N/Afx Zen Studios
Dead by Daylight Pinball N/A Behaviour Interactive
Chucky's Killer Pinball N/A Metro-Goldwyn-MayerZen Studios
Duke Nukem's Big Shot Pinball N/A 2K Games
The Thing N/A Universal Pinball
System Shock N/Afx Nightdive Studios
Texas Chainsaw Massacre Pinball N/A Legendary Pinball
Camp Blood Brook N/Afx Zen Studios

^fx Original version of table from Pinball FX

Because I don't know if Pinball M will get it's own article.Wikieditor9117 (talk) 19:56, 6 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

I've put Pinball M in its own section now, because I also think Pinball M doesn't need a separate article at this time. Can you add that table in, but to keep it consistent with the long table make the columns Table, [second column called License or IP or something instead of collection - not sure what the best thing to call it is], third column date of release, and the fx note could be in the table column after the name, but with the note saying Table also released in Pinball FX or something like that - given that 2 were released at the same time rather than afterwards.
Will also need a bit about reception after the table, and bit about development and what it is before it, but these can be gradually added. Wilbers (talk) 13:17, 7 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
I added the chart but I don't know the release dates of the games so I left that section blank. If you know the dates could you add them to the chart?Wikieditor9117 (talk) 14:13, 7 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I've filled the dates in. Wilbers (talk) 15:36, 7 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable non-free use File:Churchill Cabinet Company logo.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading File:Churchill Cabinet Company logo.jpg. I noticed that this file is being used under a claim of non-free use. However, I think that the way it is being used fails the first non-free content criterion. This criterion states that files used under claims of non-free use may have no free equivalent; in other words, if the file could be adequately covered by a freely-licensed file or by text alone, then it may not be used on Wikipedia. If you believe this file is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the file description page and add the text {{Di-replaceable non-free use disputed|<your reason>}} below the original replaceable non-free use template, replacing <your reason> with a short explanation of why the file is not replaceable.
  2. On the file's talk page, write a full explanation of why you believe the file is not replaceable.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media item by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by creating new media yourself (for example, by taking your own photograph of the subject).

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these media fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification, per the non-free content policy. If you have any questions, please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. --Min☠︎rax«¦talk¦» 13:02, 26 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Harry Potter draft

[edit]

Hello Wilbers. I have moved your Harry Potter pinball draft from your user page to draft space. The draft is now located at Draft:Harry Potter (pinball). I have also done some copyright cleanup. I've left a comment on your Articles for Creation submission, which can be viewed at Draft:Williams Pinball Classics. Thanks! VRXCES (talk) 23:05, 6 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hello again, thanks for that. I've simplified the bit about ROM emulation - I can't find a source to use as a reference for that sentence, just youtube videos that show it. Added a very short gameplay section (gameplay for each table can be on the article for each of the 4 tables even though its not yet (but I will get round to the Black Rose one soon)). The Retro Gamer review you found isn't for this game but for the similarly named one the disambiguation link points to. Only other thing I found is IGN which doesn't look to be useful Wilbers (talk) 01:19, 7 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Hello again @Vrxces, can you take another look at this draft. Since the first submission I have added the video game review template, and also added History and Legacy sections so it can integrate with other Wikipedia articles. The Retro Gamer review you suggested is for a different game. While this means it only has 2 references for notability (Gamespot and Computer Gaming World reviews) I think 2 is the minimum, and I can't find a third.
In the process of this I have improved High Speed (video game) from a stub to start class and added references that it didn't have before. Why is the GamePro reference listed twice in references rather than once but used twice? Wilbers (talk) 15:45, 12 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
