Vishnu Prasad moved to draftspace

Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because Sources are obituaries and I cannot locate any reliable sources outside of that. The roles are minor and only two of those pages list him. Needs to have significant coverage about his work as an WP:NACTOR as people are rarely notable for death. . I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
