Please add relevant reliable referenecs. It could be in English, Nepali, Newari or any other languages. Also, if there are offline refernces (e.g. local newspaper, magazine), you can use them as well. And please remove dead links that cannot be verified. Reference 1-5 are useless links to prove that he is notable person.

Ref 6 and 7 are dead.

Reference 8 only mentions about him. There is no detail information about him.

You should cite reference that describes about him and his works in depth. At least 2-3 reliable reference are required.

The article is still not well supported. I will give you an example. The biography of Shanta Das Manandhar is described in-depth in a reliable source such here https://ekantipur.com/kopila/2018/09/02/153586376698426903.html?author=1. To check reliability of Nepalese souces are you can refer to User:Usedtobecool/PSN. You can also add offline sources such as paper based magazine or paper based newspaper which are not avaiable in the internet, as things usually are in Nepal.
