I would suggest that you click "edit" at the top and not "reply" to edit this page, the reply function does not work well in every situation. It doesn't accomodate certain formatting well(as you can see above).

There is no mistake- when an account is blocked, its underlying IP is also blocked to prevent block evasion. This is called an autoblock. You should not attempt to edit via IP and focus on your account. You attempted to add a photo that what I assume is your company owns(as it was watermarked).
