Managing a conflict of interest

Hello, AnnaStaub. Hi Jiwoodwa, I completely understand! Since I was just attempting to translate a page and was going to submit it for review - I did not think this was a conflict of interest. The page has already been created and verified by multiple users in the French language: fr:Olivier Staub
