Comet HLLV space rocket

1: Don't delete the templates: just modify them.

2: If you are going to change the templates, add a source. Saying you have one isn't enough.

3: Do not revert the reversion of your bold edits. Discuss first.

4: Those values are supported by the source that was already present.
