If you want to create an article, then go to this page Wikipedia:How to create a page and write the name of the article in the enter a name section and then touch create page. Then keep creating the article according to the topic but the subject should be notable and there should be reliable sources regarding the subject. Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Park Hyung-sik.
