Welcome, Mccoy Jonas!
[edit]
Welcome to Wikipedia, Mccoy Jonas! I'm Ganesha811, and I've been assigned as your mentor. All new Wikipedia accounts receive a mentor chosen randomly from a list of volunteers. It just means I'm here to help with anything you need! We need to have all kinds of people working together to create an online encyclopedia, so I'm glad you're here. Over time, you will figure out what you enjoy doing the most on Wikipedia.
You might have noticed that you have access to a tutorial and suggested edits. It's recommended that you take advantage of this, as it'll make learning how to edit Wikipedia easier.
If you need assistance with anything or have any questions, click on the "Get editing help" button on the bottom right corner of your screen. This will open up a module with links to help pages and a place to ask me questions. You can also ask me questions directly on my talk page, or go here to get help from the wider community.
Again, welcome to Wikipedia! —Ganesha811 (talk) 17:52, 19 June 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you so much Ganesha811. I am happy you gave me Cookies even though I'm not a good eater of cookies. Thank you once again.
- I am here for all I can learn from you. Mccoy Jonas (talk) 20:02, 19 June 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Hello, I'm Materialscientist. I noticed that in this edit to Onyeka Nwelue, you removed content without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Materialscientist (talk) 08:23, 20 June 2025 (UTC)
- I actually explained why I removed the contents and added a new one. I don't know why it was reversed. Even the edit I made last night, I cited it and added links to them but were reversed. Mccoy Jonas (talk) 08:55, 20 June 2025 (UTC)
Hi Mccoy Jonas! I noticed that you recently made an edit and marked it as "minor", but it may not have been. On Wikipedia, "minor edit" refers only to superficial edits that could never be disputed, such as fixing typos or reverting obvious vandalism. Any edit that changes the meaning of an article is not minor, even if it only concerns a single word. Thank you. Kj cheetham (talk) 10:07, 23 June 2025 (UTC)
- Noted. Thank you for reminding me of that. Mccoy Jonas (talk) 10:17, 23 June 2025 (UTC)
John Chizoba Vincent moved to draftspace
[edit]Thanks for your contributions to John Chizoba Vincent. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and it has too many problems of language or grammar. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Allblessed (talk) 13:43, 20 June 2025 (UTC)

Recent edit reversion
[edit]In this edit here, I reverted some information that appears to be a violation of our copyright policy.
I provided a brief summary of the problem in the edit summary, which should be visible just below my name. You can also click on the "view history" tab in the article to see the recent history of the article. This should be an edit with my name, and a parenthetical comment explaining why your edit was reverted. If that information is not sufficient to explain the situation, please ask.
I do occasionally make mistakes. We get hundreds of reports of potential copyright violations every week, and sometimes there are false positives, for a variety of reasons. (Perhaps the material was moved from another Wikipedia article, or the material was properly licensed but the license information was not obvious, or the material is in the public domain but I didn't realize it was public domain, and there can be other situations generating a report to our Copy Patrol tool that turn out not to be actual copyright violations.) If you think my edit was mistaken, please politely let me know and I will investigate. ~~~~ S Philbrick(Talk) 12:27, 25 June 2025 (UTC)
