I think you posted your request to the stewards in the wrong place, try https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Steward_requests/Username_changes instead. That's where usurpations are requested 331dot (talk) 17:19, 6 March 2025 (UTC)

It seems like they won't change it until you are more established as a user. We don't punish users, but we do take action to prevent disruption. Could you propose a shorter username that you could use for a little while? Even just dropping most of the numbers from your name would do it. 331dot (talk) 15:22, 7 March 2025 (UTC)
