Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, articles should not be moved, as you did to Tiruvannamalai district, without good reason. They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Hi Jaiprakash partha! I noticed that you recently marked an edit as minor at Tiruvannamalai district that may not have been. "Minor edit" has a very specific definition on Wikipedia—it refers only to superficial edits that could never be the subject of a dispute, such as typo corrections or reverting obvious vandalism. Introduction to contentious topics

Please don't move this page without establishing consensus first. "Thiruvannamalai" is neither the WP:COMMONNAME in English language sources, nor the official name used by Tamil Nadu government.
