Hello! The images have commons:Structured data associated with them, which appear not to have been updated when your username was changed. These can be edited by pressing "Structured data", next to "File information", and then pressing "Edit" next to the piece of data that needs updating. Hello! Yes, there are ways to update the citations from bare URLs to more useful citations; two tools that can help with this are Wikipedia:reFill and Wikipedia:CITATIONBOT. Hello! Before you consider making any edits to a picture, you should check that the image is freely licensed (and therefore you have permission to make an edited version). Then, you can download the highest resolution version of the image. Your edited version should be uploaded as a separate file to the same project the original was uploaded to (Most images used on Wikipedia are uploaded to Wikimedia Commons) and with a license compatible with the original version's license.
