Hello,

I see you marked my article for speedy deletion. Teck Peng Loh is a very famous chemist and prominent figure in the field of organic synthesis. He is a professor of chemistry at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. His h-index is 88 and his works have been cited by other works more than 28,000 times. His google scholar profile is here: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=xhGPjvMAAAAJ&hl=en. I am an unbiased writer with a chemistry degree – I wrote this article as an assignment for my graduate chemistry course. I do not personally know Teck Peng Loh.

If you were assigned to write this article for a course I would hope that they are using the proper channels to do so (e.g., Wikipedia:Education program). I have removed most of the egregiously promotional material. It is not especially relevant if he has been cited this many times or has a high h-index, we only care about what other people say about him and what notable things he has done. -- Recon rabbit 13:12, 11 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
