Managing a conflict of interest

Dear Team — Thank you for your prompt response. I am not paid to do this by anyone, Qatar Art Center is a well known Art Residency and it deserves to be on Wikipedia. Your earlier comment to this effect was just pointed out to me, that's why I deleted the paid-editing query I had posted here, and instead posted this general conflict of interest (COI) one. Even if you're no longer employed by this organisation, you are still writing about a recent ex-employer, which gives rise to an obvious COI which needs to be disclosed.
