Sorry, but you didn't add scholarly sources--not that I see anyway, and not in the way that I understand the term, as "articles published in peer-reviewed journals". Also, the tone of the article just isn't encyclopedic, and it will never be accepted into article space in this way--certainly not if it starts with "Wikipedia has several individual riverkeeper pages which only highlight that individual keeper; however, it is important to analyze..." Please read other articles, preferably in the WP:FA category, to see what Wikipedia articles should look like. Drmies (talk) 15:45, 2 January 2024 (UTC)
