Typos
[edit]Hi, I see that you've been fixing a lot of typos recently. I'm looking to try and also do stuff like that. Is there any special tool/script/WikiProject/whatever that you use to find them, or do you just read articles and fix mistakes when you notice them? Thanks in advance! GoldRomean (talk) 21:28, 17 June 2024 (UTC)
- @GoldRomean I use this page: Wikipedia:Lists of common misspellings - please be careful and note the rules. AX29 (talk) 14:13, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
- @AX29 Wow, thanks! This is really helpful. I'll make sure to be careful ;D. GoldRomean (talk) 16:22, 19 June 2024 (UTC)
ArbCom 2024 Elections voter message
[edit]Hello! Voting in the 2024 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 2 December 2024. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.
The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
If you wish to participate in the 2024 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}}
to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:52, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
June 2025
[edit] Please do not change the name of files in articles as you did to Rotte (psaltery). It breaks the link to the file. I have corrected the mistake. In the future, please use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the article will look like without actually saving it.

It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. If you have any questions, you are welcome to ask on my talk page, or to post at the help desk for assistance. Thank you. Sam Sailor 20:31, 20 June 2025 (UTC)
- @Sam Sailor Sorry and thanks for detecting my mistake. AX29 (talk) 10:16, 21 June 2025 (UTC)
