New enough (mainspace May 27), long enough (2500 B), well-sourced (sources are niche but appear reliable for the subject of running), no copyvio (Earwig says 6.5%). Striking ALT0 and ALT1 as uninteresting as the average reader will not understand the term VO₂. ALT2, ALT3, ALT4 verified in sources and approved. I think ALT3 is the most interesting as it has just enough information to interest a reader.
