I don't think there's enough information here for there to warrant a split just yet. And as for the Ottomans, there would also probably have to be some criteria for atrocities committed before the 1899/1907 Hague Conventions. XTheBedrockX (talk) 01:43, 26 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
