Hey; I tried to add previous suicide attempts to the short list of risk factors on the right as a previous attempt is one of the greatest indicators that an individual will commit in the future but i dont know how to add a hyperlink to the text that takes you to the page for suicide attempt and it also wouldnt let me publish my edit for an 'invalid csrf token' I was wondering if this edit is valid, if someone else could make it and if anyone knows why im getting an invalid csrf token error message. I would like to cover this topic somewhere on Wikipedia, as it is a proposed proposed diagnosis in the DSM-5. See the subsection about the book's Section III in the article. Would somewhere in this article be appropriate, or would this be better covered in a standalone article? Is there a good place in this article to wikilink to such a new article? In the section Autism was a clarify tag: "what is it about autism that can cause mental states leading to suicidal behaviour (eg social isolation)? why is this more common in autistic people, hence leading to more suicides?"
I added an introductory sentence, very shortly mentioning the mental health and social problems that many autistic people face, and there is also the reference to the main article, which I think is enough for the scope of this article (Suicide). What exactly it is about autism that can cause mental states leading to suicidal behaviour is simply too big a question to discuss here. Lova Falk (talk) 14:52, 8 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
