Move to NPD ban proceedings: Article titles should be in sentence capitalization, and neither "ban" nor "proceedings" are proper nouns. There is no reason to hyphenate. Ranges should use the en dash (–), not hyphen (-). So the first correction would be to move to "NPD ban proceedings (2001–2003)", with a redirect from "NPD ban proceedings (2001-2003)" to the correct page. The next question is, have there been any other NPD ban proceedings? If not, the title should be simply "NPD ban proceedings". I am not active enough on the English Wikipedia to say whether or not there should be a hyphen, but to the second question, yes, there has been another attempt to ban the party (See NPD-Verbotsverfahren (2013–2017) – Wikipedia in the German Wikipedia).
