Reverse order of map
[edit]I think it would be best to reverse the order of stations in the schematic map, to reflect the roughly north-south orientation in a way that the reader is more likely to expect. It's a bit complex to do, and I'm not very familiar with the relevant templates etc., so I'm just bringing it up for comment instead of being bold. -Pete (talk) 19:59, 29 December 2011 (UTC)
- I agree, and I've long wished that someone would do that – and also for the MAX Yellow Line's map – but I, too, don't know how to do it. If I were to attempt it, I'd make a lot of mistakes in the process, and it would take me several hours (or even a couple of evenings, just for one map), which is too much time. I hope someone who has experience using these map templates will make this change. SJ Morg (talk) 20:39, 29 December 2011 (UTC)
- Done. I also moved it into a template so that it can fit into the info-box. There are a few size issues to fix, but at least it's not sticking down beneath the rest of the article now. JohnMcButts (talk) 23:36, 9 April 2014 (UTC)
- Thank you. That's a big improvement. SJ Morg (talk) 06:39, 10 April 2014 (UTC)

- MAX Orange Line → MAX Orange Line (TriMet)
- MAX Orange → MAX Orange (Calgary)
- MAX Yellow Line → MAX Yellow Line (TriMet)
- MAX Yellow → MAX Yellow (Calgary)
– Insufficient disambiguation. 162 etc. (talk) 20:29, 21 May 2025 (UTC) — Relisting. Jeffrey34555 (talk) 22:23, 28 May 2025 (UTC)
- Support per nom. They are both lines. cookie monster 755 08:48, 29 May 2025 (UTC)
- Oppose. Both the lines in Calgary started operation after either of the lines in Portland. Also it would be weird to only have two Trimet MAX lines have "_(TriMet)" in them when none of the others do. I think the best thing to do would be to just add "_BRT" or "_(Calgary)" to the end of all the lines in Calgary, and not change any of the lines in Portland.

- When determining a primary topic, historical age is not a consideration. See WP:DPT. 162 etc. (talk) 17:50, 1 June 2025 (UTC)
- Support. Useful DABs and no strong argument for either pair of lines being the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. It's general practice (discussed in WP:CONSISTENT) that unnecessary disambiguation should not be imposed for consistency's sake, so the original proposal is better than adding blanket DABs to either city's lines.
