In regards to the Muncie Evening Press and Star Press roster listings that said LaDuron went to Kentucky State, I believe that may be an error. Kentucky State was a historically black school, and at the time it was "Kentucky Normal and Industrial Institute for Colored Persons" (no "State"). The University of Kentucky was then known as "State University of Kentucky" so that's probably what the roster listings were referring to. However, I couldn't find any sources for LaDuron having attended the University of Kentucky. The news reports were probably confused because he attended the University of Louisville School of Medicine, which is in Kentucky. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 13:56, 31 July 2025 (UTC)[reply]
