Restored article

[edit]

This restores an old version of the article, Stuart Lubbock inquest. Proxima Centauri (talk) 12:45, 20 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Once before all the material in this article was taken out and it was turned into a redirect. We must watch that this does not happen again. Proxima Centauri (talk) 09:12, 21 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup tag

[edit]

Can we remove the cleanup tag? It was added by User:Rhomboid Man in July, 2006, with no cleanup reason given. This page has the distinction of being the oldest listing at Category:Articles_needing_cleanup, beating the runner up by more than 3 years.

Any objections to removing the tag? If so, would you object to removing the tag and relisting it with a proper cleanup reason? Firefangledfeathers (talk) 07:42, 8 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

What I see in this article is that there is excessive short sections. I think in order to remove the cleanup tag is merge those short sections into one and set it up as a timeline. Be aware that the dates in the short sections are out of order. Dylpickle2Search s (talk) 00:50, 21 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, I added that as a cleanup reason. Firefangledfeathers (talk) 02:50, 21 April 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stuart's pathology report summary

[edit]

Biography "He was subsequently discovered by the examining pathologist to have suffered serious anal injuries"and to have been asphyxiated and to have have had a heart attack. Essex Police believe the sexual/physical assault too have taken place in the jacuzzi adjacent to the swimming pool. 90.48.136.207 (talk) 12:05, 13 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have full details of the source? Are you suggesting this as an addition to the article? Thanks. Martinevans123 (talk) 12:08, 13 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
It is from a book by Tony Bennet *the solicitor representing the Lucbboks) "Not Awight" whose sources are based on the various publicly available police reports, witness statements and from the inquiries held. 90.48.136.207 (talk) 12:22, 13 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Background data to the case

[edit]

He was not found floating in the pool; a few witnesses alleged that. He was found laid out on the tiled terrace next to the far side of the pool, naked apart from a pair of trunks. Stuart's heart had stopped and he wasn't breathing noted at about 5.58 a.m.; it was also noted he was hypothermic and cyanotic by ambulance personel at the scene at about 6 a.m. 30 minutes later his Core Body temeprature was measured as a low 29.3C at 06.28 a.m. when admitted to A&E in nearly hospital. A drop of about 7C since time of death suggests having been dead for several hours, certainly 2 maybe even 3. The outdoor temperature was about 5C, it was damp but not raining, wind speed about 7 mph. 90.48.136.207 (talk) 12:18, 13 June 2025 (UTC)[reply]
