How this works

The picture alternates based on the date in the Hebrew calendar. Four pictures are used per month, which means each picture is displayed for around one week. To be precise, the first seven days of the month have one picture, the next eight days have another, the next seven days have another, and the next seven or eight days have another, as shown in the calendar below.

Adar 1 and Adar 2 use the same pictures as the regular Adar.
