Paragon International School Cambodia (Paragon ISC), formerly known as Zaman International School, is one of Cambodia’s leading private bilingual and international schools. Established in 1997, the school has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality education that blends academic excellence, cultural appreciation, and global citizenship.
Paragon ISC is fully certified by the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports (MoEYS) of Cambodia, accredited by the prestigious Council of International Schools (CIS), and is an official Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) centre. Our students graduate with qualifications that are recognised and respected by universities and institutions worldwide.
History
[edit]Paragon International School Cambodia (Paragon ISC), formerly known as Zaman International School, was founded in 1997 by Mr. Atilla Yusuf Guleker. Over the years, it has grown from a small institution housed in two purpose-converted buildings on Street 71 in central Phnom Penh into one of the country’s leading international schools.
In its early years, the school was located off Mao Tse Tung Boulevard near Monivong Boulevard before expanding to multiple campuses across the city. Today, Paragon ISC proudly serves more than 1,100 students from over 20 nationalities across its modern facilities.
Our newest and most advanced main campus is located at Land № 402, Plov Lom, Phum Lor Kombor, Sangkat Svay Pak, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This state-of-the-art site houses the Kindergarten, Primary, and Secondary schools, providing a safe, inspiring, and well-equipped environment for learning and growth.
Paragon International University remains in Toul Kork, continuing to serve as the higher education branch of our institution. Together, our campuses reflect nearly three decades of commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and global citizenship.

Academics
[edit]Paragon ISC offers both the Cambridge International Curriculum and a Bilingual Programme that integrates the Khmer National Curriculum with Cambridge subjects. This dual approach provides students with flexibility and ensures they develop strong academic foundations, linguistic proficiency, and cultural understanding.
Our academic journey spans:
- Kindergarten – Cambridge Early Years Programme (ages 3–6), focusing on holistic development through play-based and structured learning
- Primary – Blended Cambridge Primary and Khmer National Curriculum with a focus on inquiry-based learning, global perspectives, and core skills
- Secondary – Cambridge Lower Secondary, IGCSE, and AS/A Level programmes alongside national curriculum subjects in the Bilingual track
All programmes are taught by qualified and experienced educators, with the average teacher having more than ten years of experience.
