Thank you for the feedback. I've actions the practical points. I would like to enquire for a clearer standard regarding the notability of the subject. What is considered a 'passing reference?' what is the threshold for notability? Basim AlBeladi is a nationally known award winning figure with a spot in Arabian business' 40 under 40, recognition from the government, and center to a paradigm shift in the government policy regarding the privatization of football in Saudi Arabia.
