North Kiara refers to the area near Bukit Segambut as it is located north of Mont Kiara, the name has been used by developers up till now to link their property developments to the suburb.
North Kiara is centrally located between Mont’Kiara and Desa ParkCity and about 9km from the Kuala Lumpur city centre. North Kiara Masterplan is a mixed development project covers an area of 80 acres; situated along Pintasan Segambut Road, it is within a 7.5km radius of KLCC and a 15-minute drive to the city center.
