Noibu Technologies Inc. is a Canadian software company based in Ottawa, Ontario. Founded in 2017, the company provides digital experience analytics and ecommerce monitoring software. Its platform is designed to help online retailers identify website issues that may impact user experience and online sales performance.[1]

History

[edit]

Noibu was founded in 2017 by Robert Boukine, Dan Cardamore, Kailin Noivo, and Fil Slatinic. The company initially focused on providing virtual 3D store tours for luxury retail but pivoted in 2019 to ecommerce-focused monitoring tools.[2][1]

Platform

[edit]

Noibu's software monitors ecommerce websites for usability issues, including broken user flows, performance bottlenecks, and front-end errors. The platform provides analytics that connect technical issues with potential impact on site engagement and transaction completion. It supports integrations with platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and Magento.[3]

[edit]

In 2024, Noibu was listed in *Forbes* as one of Canada's Best Startup Employers.[4]

In 2023, Deloitte Canada ranked Noibu #2 in its Technology Fast 50, and #12 in Deloitte's North America Technology Fast 500, citing over 12,000% revenue growth between 2019 and 2022.[3] That same year, the company was listed #8 in *The Globe and Mail*'s annual list of Canada's Top Growing Companies.[5]

In 2020, Noibu received a Best Ottawa Business Award for local growth and innovation.[1]

Partnerships

[edit]

Noibu partnered with BigCommerce in 2024 to offer its software through the BigCommerce App Marketplace.[6]

In the same year, Noibu became the first error monitoring platform to be certified by the MACH Alliance.[7]

Noibu has also announced partnerships with agencies including Kensium Solutions and Arctic Leaf, both of which integrate Noibu's platform into ecommerce development services.[8][9]
