Nagri Malpora is a village in the Kupwara tehsil of Jammu and Kashmir's Kupwara district in the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir, India. It falls under the jurisdiction of the Nagri Malpora B Gram Panchayat and is served by the Nagri Panchayat office.[2]

Geography

[edit]

Nagri Malpora is situated in the Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, a region known for its forested hills and mountainous terrain.[3]

Healthcare

[edit]

Nagri Malpora is served by a New Type Primary Health Centre (NTPHC), which provides basic outpatient care. However, according to local news reports, the facility does not operate 24 hours a day and lacks essential diagnostic services such as X-ray and laboratory testing. As a result, residents often travel to Kupwara or Handwara for medical treatment, particularly in emergencies.[4][5]
