Draft:Mohit Malhotra Ceo Dabur India
Submission declined on 9 June 2025 by Cactusisme (talk). The draft reads more like a press release than a neutral, encyclopedic Wikipedia article. It is overly promotional, with phrases like “visionary leader,” “recognized as a consistent performer,” and “business in the Middle East… expanded significantly,” which are not neutral and poorly sourced. While there are multiple references, many come from non-independent or self-promotional sources, such as awards or recognitions from Dabur-related entities or affiliate media. Several achievements also lack inline citations Additionally, the formatting of citations and section structure needs work to comply with Wikipedia's Manual of Style.

This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue).
